Our stay at Lomtalay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues despite it being ideally located near the beach. The room was not up to par with outdated facilities and poor maintenance. The staff's response to our complaints was lackluster, and we ultimately decided against using the pool due to safety concerns. Overall, it felt more like a budget accommodation rather than a resort experience, especially given the high prices attached.

Lomtalay Chalet is situated in a serene village, offering a great ambiance with its beautiful pool and clean, spacious rooms. The hotel manager, Surat, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made our stay special.
